In her role as senior manager of projects and programs, Lisa collaborates with our various teams to help move projects forward and align initiatives with our firm’s mission and vision. She appreciates how our client-first focus is at the forefront of each aspect of our business and enjoys leading projects to advance our firm’s standard of excellence.
Prior to LNW, Lisa was project portfolio and methodology manager and a change manager at East West Bank, where she led large-scale, cross-functional project initiatives, and business solutions manager at United Commercial Bank, where she partnered with divisional managers to leverage technology systems to achieve business goals.

Family, friends and her dog, Sadie. Avid gardener with a fondness for Japanese Maples, Peonies, and roses. Dabbles in playing piano, black and white film photography, and enjoys attending SF Opera performances and family trips to Disneyland.
