Kyle Schultz

Impact Management & Communications Specialist

Kyle brings to LNW a unique combination of quantitative rigor and deep sustainability expertise, with a career spent advancing impact investing and ESG research across wealth management and institutional asset management. He is passionate about helping clients align their investments with their values while delivering meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Prior to joining LNW, Kyle served as a Senior Quantitative Sustainability Research Analyst at Russell Investments, where he developed the firm’s sustainability models, managed its sustainability data strategy, and led research on initiatives including its Net Zero commitment and climate and nature risk reports. Before Russell, he was Director of Impact Investing at Colorado Capital Management, an RIA specializing in ESG and impact investing. He began his career at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President of Financial Counseling, advising clients on wealth planning.

Kyle is currently pursuing a PhD in Environmental Science at Oregon State University and regularly guest lectures on sustainability and impact investing at the University of Washington and Seattle University.
