Medeya Reznikova

Medeya brings deep expertise in data engineering and risk analytics infrastructure to LNW, with a career built on designing and overseeing large-scale data platforms at major financial institutions. She is known for her ability to lead complex, high-stakes data operations with precision and clarity. 

Most recently, Medeya served as Senior Manager at BMO, where she led a team responsible for data platform operations, data quality, workflow controls, and reporting support for a large-scale risk analytics function. Prior to BMO, she was Risk Reporting Manager at Bank of the West, where she led development and data quality initiatives across the full lifecycle of a risk reporting and analytics platform. She began her technology career as a Senior Web Application Developer at Environmental Chemical Corporation, giving her a strong engineering foundation that has informed her work ever since.
