Stephani brings to LNW a career built on the belief that exceptional employee experience and business performance are inseparable. With deep roots in San Francisco’s technology sector, she has spent decades building People functions from the ground up at high-growth companies, with a focus on developing leaders, strengthening teams, inclusion and belonging, and operational excellence.
Most recently, Stephani served as SVP People at Affinity, where she built and led the People function, creating the programs, processes, and teams that supported the company’s growth and its employees’ success. Prior to Affinity, she held VP-level People Operations roles at Distil Networks and Platfora, both of which were acquired during her tenure, and senior HR leadership positions at Skai (formerly Kenshoo), Blurb, and Livevox.
