Ford brings more than two decades of fiduciary leadership across some of the most respected names in private wealth and trust services. His practice sits at the intersection of trust administration, estate strategy, and investment management, and his approach is defined by the kind of deep, sustained client relationships that complex family situations require. 

Most recently, Ford served as Senior Trust Officer and Managing Director at Bank of America, where he was the primary advisor to more than 50 trust clients and beneficiaries, integrating trust administration, estate strategies, and investment objectives across each relationship. Prior to Bank of America, he was Trust Managing Director and SVP at U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management, where he managed and developed the fiduciary team and led oversight for more than 150 client relationships. His earlier career includes fiduciary and trust officer roles at Wells Fargo Private Bank and Merrill Lynch Trust Company. 

Ford is also the co-founder of Washington First Responder Will Clinic, a current initiative providing pro bono estate planning services to first responders, reflecting his commitment to his community and his craft.
