Heather Bautista

As our office manager, Heather helps develop and manage our various offices. While working on day-to-day tasks, she focuses on streamlining our processes and procedures while collaborating with the entire team to help complete varied requests to help ensure exceptional service to our clients.

Prior to LNW, she was assistant practice manager at The Maas Clinic, where she served as the liaison between patients and medical staff, and general manager of The Bar Method Headquarters, where she oversaw staff training, site operations and implementation of new programs.
