Jacki Badal
Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel & Employee Owner
As Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, Jacki Badal leads the firm’s operational strategy across both the trust company and the registered investment adviser and oversees LNW’s legal and regulatory functions. In her role as COO, Jacki is responsible for ensuring that LNW’s operations, processes and risk management frameworks scale effectively to support the firm’s growth and client experience.
Jacki continues to guide overall risk management and serves as corporate secretary, working closely with our Board of Directors and advising members on their duties and obligations.
She brings deep and diverse legal and operational experience to LNW. Prior to joining the firm, Jacki was an attorney for Cascade Asset Management Company, which manages the assets of Bill Gates and the Gates Foundation Trust. Before that, she served as legal counsel to a registered investment adviser focused on alternative investments and as an associate in the Corporate/M&A group at K&L Gates LLP in Seattle.
