Jenny is a valued member of LNW’s Technology Team, where she brings a thoughtful, user-first approach to IT support. With a calm and collaborative style, she helps ensure that technology works seamlessly for everyone, whether that means resolving issues behind the scenes or guiding someone through a new tool with clarity and care.
Before joining LNW, Jenny supported enterprise and academic environments in roles at Google and Northern Arizona University. Her background as an IT Systems Engineer and Analyst has given her a strong foundation in both technical troubleshooting and customer service. A lifelong technology enthusiast, Jenny is especially passionate about creating positive user experiences and is exploring a future specialization in cybersecurity. She’s driven by a genuine desire to be helpful and is always looking for ways to make a meaningful impact through her work.

Enjoys playing music, especially the cello and bass guitar, exploring new places, trying local foods and skateboarding. During her downtime, relaxing with video games, watching popular movies and shows.
