Jeremy is the Chief Innovation Officer – Client Services Operations, at LNW. In this role, he leads the firm’s innovation strategy across the client lifecycle, with a focus on technology to build scale, improve efficiency, and enhance the end-to-end client experience.

Jeremy brings more than 20 years of financial services experience across alternative investments, equities, fixed income, and technology product management. His career includes roles at Lehman Brothers, Neuberger Berman, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley-Parametric where he focused on the intersection of client service, operations, and technology.

Throughout his career, he has served as a subject matter expert across the full account lifecycle, translating complex operational needs into scalable solutions. He is passionate about leveraging innovation to strengthen collaboration across teams and deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for clients.
