Senior Operations Associate and Equity, Inclusion, & Culture Manager
As a senior financial operations associate, Kerina works on the team responsible for the ongoing maintenance, reporting and accounting of our clients’ alternative investments. She directly supports our client service team while also identifying and streamlining operational processes. As the Equity, Inclusion, and Culture Manager, Kerina is responsible for developing the firm’s strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals and administering the DEI program.
Prior to LNW she worked as a senior analyst in loan operations at Funding Circle USA, where she reviewed loans to ensure adherence to policies and investor requirements, as a compliance consultant at Gordian Compliance Solutions where she provided compliance oversight and support for investment advisory and broker dealer firms, and as a registered financial analyst at Merrill Lynch Private Banking and Investment Group where she worked on client portfolio rebalancing and reporting and manager research.
