Senior Client Service Operations Manager
Sarah serves as LNW’s Senior Client Service Operations Manager, a hands‑on leadership role that bridges senior client service leadership and the Client Service Associate team. In this highly collaborative role, Sarah works closely with Human Resources and Operations to advance LNW’s client service strategy, enhancing how service is delivered, supporting team growth, and championing new ideas that strengthen the client experience. She focuses on building an engaged, well‑supported team environment where Associates can do their best work every day.
Prior to stepping into her current role, Sarah managed centralized operations at LNW, overseeing key functions including client onboarding, asset transfers and maintenance, trade reconciliation, and investment subscriptions and transactions. She has more than 15 years of experience in banking and financial operations, with previous roles at The Commerce Bank of Washington, Viking Bank, and its self‑directed IRA division (VRAC).
