Steve believes that we are, perhaps first and foremost, a firm with a heart, which comes from our leadership and a focus on doing good while doing well. His background in a range of industries outside of financial services gives him a unique perspective that allows him to look at operations, business development and other functions and think about what processes and policies will best support our future plans.
Steve collaborates with LNW’s leaders to provide guidance and oversight in numerous firm areas, including client services, internal firm operations, administration, human resources, finance and business planning. Previously, he led North American operations at Proxicom, a boutique consultancy. Steve began his career at Ernst & Young, where he focused on identifying process and operational improvements for numerous corporations.

Has worked hard to maintain balance between work, family and health, including coaching his sons’ rugby and basketball teams, hiking the Inca Trail into Machu Picchu and taking a 105-mile bike ride through Marin County.
