Tom Petroff
Wealth Manager & Employee Owner
Tom brings nearly 20 years of investment experience to his role as Wealth Manager. For more than a decade, he managed wealth for a single multi-generational family, leading capital allocation across private markets. His work included overseeing commitments to funds, co-investments, and direct transactions, while contributing to investment strategy across the broader portfolio. That experience gave him a deep understanding of the complexities of family wealth and the importance of building portfolios that support long-term objectives.
Earlier in his career, Tom worked in private equity and investment banking, building a strong foundation in transaction execution, investment analysis, and portfolio construction. Today, he draws on that expertise to translate complex strategies into clear, practical guidance that helps families balance current needs with future goals.
Tom believes wealth should serve life—not the other way around. He works with families to clarify goals, weigh tradeoffs, and build investment strategies designed to support long-term outcomes.
