Brenda supports our team through payroll, benefits, wellness, recruiting, learning and development, HR operations, recognition and employee engagement. She also works closely with our office management and finance teams to ensure that our team is well taken care of, efficiently and effectively.
Prior to LNW, Brenda was human resources coordinator at DreamHost, where she supported payroll, employee recognition and benefits for 200+ employees, an executive assistant at KCAL Insurance Agency, where she conducted candidate reviews and phone screens and collaborated to improve training and department processes, and a talent acquisition representative intern at HRNetOne in Shanghai, where she conducted candidate phone screens and interviews to hire three candidates in two months.
