Deb Wetherby Among Barron’s Top Women Advisors

Proud to announce that Deb Wetherby, head of our sister company Wetherby Asset Management, was recently named by Barron’s as one of the Top Women Financial Advisors for 2022. Deb is founder and managing partner of Wetherby Asset Management, which merged with Laird Norton Wealth Management (LNWM) in January.

As with LNWM, Wetherby has a high percentage of women at all levels of the firm (somewhat rare in financial services) and is committed to advancing gender equity in the field of financial advising and wealth management. In addition, both firms have formal Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committees to further support a truly inclusive culture and drive diversity innovation in our industry.

The Top 100 Women Financial Advisors list is produced annually by Barron’s. To determine the rankings, Barron’s team evaluated female wealth advisors throughout the United States. The ranking reflects the volume of assets overseen by the advisors and their teams, revenues generated for the firms, asset preservation and the quality of the advisors’ practices. Investment performance isn’t an explicit criterion because clients pursue a range of goals.
