Karen Leech, CPWA®
Wealth Manager & Employee Owner
Karen sees herself as a navigator, in a sense, guiding clients through the many different planning stages of their lives and making sure their investment strategies align with their personal goals through transitions like retirement, divorce or loss of a spouse. She also has a keen interest in finding ways to help her clients have a positive social impact and has worked with a number of clients to develop and implement an impact investment strategy.
She began her professional career in the United Kingdom, initially working with two large insurance companies and later as a financial advisor for Compton House Financial Management. Compton House originally had been part of a law firm before the law and financial segments were separated. The skills that were invaluable for a law firm, such as careful documentation and compliance, helped grow her capabilities as a wealth manager.
After relocating to the United States, Karen joined the team at LNW and has been with the firm for over 20 years, supporting a core group of clients by combining her attention to detail with listening and problem-solving skills.
