Stan Poltavets, CFA

Stan researches and analyzes global real asset investments — including infrastructure, real estate, commodities, natural resources — to find those that would be most beneficial for client portfolios. His work comprises both public and private market investment vehicles with the ultimate goal of providing recommendations to LNW’s Chief Investment Officer and the Portfolio Management Investment Committee.  

The scope of Stan’s role consists of initial due diligence and follow-up monitoring of a wide variety of real asset managers, including funds, separate account managers and limited partnerships. Stan is known for his unwavering search for excellence among real assets managers, including for the impact investing strategies that LNW develops for client portfolios. Stan began his career as an investment associate at LNW’s predecessor, Laird Norton Wealth Management.
