Ashley is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master’s of Science in Taxation, bringing deep expertise in complex tax strategy and organizational leadership. As part of LNW’s team, she plays a key role in shaping the firm’s approach to tax planning and compliance, with a particular focus on trust and estate filings. Her strategic mindset and collaborative style help drive operational excellence across the organization.

Before joining LNW, Ashley founded and led her own CPA firm, gaining firsthand experience in building and managing a practice. Prior to that, she served as Tax Director at Matthew G. Norton Company, a private commercial real estate firm, where she honed her skills in navigating intricate tax structures and transactions. Ashley’s leadership is grounded in both technical depth and a strong commitment to thoughtful, forward-looking solutions.
