Roz oversees all aspects of LNW’s people strategy and operations, including hiring, benefits and career development. As a key member of LNW’s executive team, she designs and implements innovative strategies to attract, develop and retain top talent. Her ultimate goal is a work culture built around LNW’s values and goals that empowers everyone at LNW to thrive at work and in their personal lives.
To the role of CPO, Roz brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the HR field, serving as the head of HR for a wide variety of firms and organizations including Hall Capital Partners (now part of Pathstone), the Walt Disney Company, and Banc of America Securities. Before joining LNW, Roz founded and led the HR consulting firm Socius Strategies. Throughout her career, she has written and spoken extensively about the importance of creating connected cultures by bringing realness and connection to the forefront.
