Sherry is focused on the employee experience, guiding LNW’s hiring, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and career development. Her overarching goal is attracting and retaining employees who are great at what they do, passionate about serving LNW clients, act with integrity and committed to lifelong learning. Applying more than 25 years of experience in human resource management, Sherry also helps to develop and implement polices that foster an inclusive work environment where diversity is a strength and all employees are supported and valued for their contributions to the firm’s success.

Prior to LNW, Sherry was head of HR at predecessor firm Laird Norton Wealth Management, which she joined in 2008. Before that, she held several leadership positions in human resources at Russell Investments and worked as a consultant with The Brighton Group.
